We have two delivery options – local delivery or Postal delivery. When you place your order our system will automatically calculate whether you qualify for Local Delivery (currently only for Leeds postcodes LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS5, LS6, LS7, LS8, LS9, LS10, LS11, LS12, LS13, LS14, LS15, LS16, LS17, LS18, LS19, LS20 and LS29) or Postal Delivery (within Mainland UK only)
Due to expected high demand, orders will be on a first come first served basis. We aim to get your order to you as soon as possible but cannot guarantee dates. Thank you for your patience.
During this phase we will only be making the products listed on the webshop. The list of products may evolve and adapt as we go on but for now some of our usual products will not be available.

Local delivery is available for a flat rate of £2.50 to the following postcodes: LS1, LS2, LS3, LS4, LS5, LS6, LS7, LS8, LS9, LS10, LS11, LS12, LS13, LS14, LS15, LS16, LS17, LS18, LS19, LS20 and LS29. We will be delivering local orders Monday to Friday.
We charge a flat rate of £6.25 for delivery within mainland UK. Currently, delivery is not available for any other areas. Postal orders placed on Thursdays or Fridays will be despatched on the following Mondays.
For Mail Order, we try to use a Next Day Delivery service whenever possible so your order arrives nice and fresh!
Refunds on food items:
We work hard to make our food as consistently good as possible, but occasionally issues do occur with quality. If you have bought a product and are not happy with it, please do get in touch and we will offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
We are a 100% gluten free and an allergy conscious bakery, and strive to produce food suitable for all allergies and intolerances. While we take all precautions against cross contamination, we do handle the following allergens in the bakery and our food may contain traces of:

To secure your place on any course, a deposit will need to be paid. This varies according to the cost of the course but is around 50% of the ticket price. Should you cancel more than 4 weeks in advance of the course date, your deposit will be refunded in full. Should you cancel less than 4 weeks in advance of the course date, you will be given the option to change your booking to another date. If no other date is acceptable to you, then your deposit will only be returned if your place on the course is filled by another person. We will advertise that a place has come available through our social media but if nobody takes it up, then your deposit will be forfeit.
