Wholegrain, wholesome and above all, tasty!  Our crusty Eastern European style buckwheat sourdough isn’t just free of the 14 major allergens, it actively heals your gut with its blend of nutritious sprouted buckwheat, water kefir and natural yeasts.  Also freezes very well.



Ingredients: Water, flour blend (white rice flour, millet flour, potato starch, glutinous rice flour, tapioca starch, cornflour, xanthan gum, brown linseed, psyllium husk, salt) sprouted whole buckwheat, sourdough starter (millet, water kefir), sunflower oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds.
