Ingredients: Water, flour blend (Rice flour, millet flour, potato starch, tapioca starch, cornflour, xanthan gum, brown linseed, psyllium husk, salt) sprouted whole buckwheat, sourdough starter (millet, water kefir), sunflower oil, sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds.

    Whilst in no way gluten intolerant I have worked in the craft bakery sector for over 25 years and was interested to try the award winning sprouted buckwheat bread. Really impressed as the loaf was far superior to any of the gluten free loaves I have previously tried. The highest praise I can give the loaf is that it would be difficult to differentiate it from a really good traditionally made loaf. A very well deserved award!
