Introducing the LIMITED EDITION Mango Lassi Eclair. I haven't been this excited about a pastry product in ages! Mango Lassi is my favourite Drinkable Dessert and this Eclair has elevated it to a new level. It has a lighter-than-air Mango Creme Legere (a mixture of Alphonso Mango pulp, my home made Creme Patissiere and whipped cream) and decorated with a Mango, White Chocolate Ganache and White Chocolate Curls. It really does need to be tasted to be believed!

Storage
Due to it containing fresh dairy products, we recommend that you either eat or freeze your eclairs on the day of receipt.
